International Insurance Consultants, Inc. is an insurance specific search firm established in 1981 by Principals Glenn Wootton and Ray Crowley. We exclusively service the insurance industry worldwide, with a focus on the US domestic market. We specialize in executive and technical search services. Our focus is all property casualty positions from the selling producer to the claims people that write the check. We handle sales, account executives, marketing, underwriting, accounting, legal, operations, actuarial, modelers, and even some IT systems people. Our customers are retail, wholesale and reinsurance brokers, along with MGA’s, PA’s, and primary and reinsurance companies. We have attended the national RIMS conference since 1980 and have had a booth on the trade show floor since 1994. We are the authorized Target Markets search representatives and we do business with several of the Target Markets members currently.
