International Insurance Consultants, Inc. is an insurance specific search firm established in 1981 by Principals Glenn Wootton and Ray Crowley.  We exclusively service the insurance industry worldwide, with a focus on the US domestic market.  We specialize in executive and technical search services. 

Our services include assistance with position development, responsibility review and analysis, job description development and the identification of applicable professional requirements and credentials.   

Once we have established all of the fundamentals of the position, the next step is candidate identification and evaluation to meet the specific needs of the position as well as the appropriate reference checks.  Additional services also available include credit and crime background checks, education and income verification and employment testing. 

We have decades of experience working with Program Administrators, MGA’s and Carriers in both admitted and non-admitted markets.  We have developed a strong understanding of distribution vehicles, product niches/offerings and the applicable underwriting community.
